The COVID-19 pandemic is a great concern for all of us. Since the announcement by the World Health
Organization last week regarding the COVID-19 to be considered as an Epidemic, things have been
changing fast around the world. Governments are taking unprecedented drastic but required actions,
which affects everybody’s lives. We at Atom Bits take the health and safety of our staff, suppliers,
clients, and our contacts very seriously. We have already and will continue to take measures
recommended by the Canadian Public Health Officials to protect all parties we are in contact with.
We continue to monitor the up to date news and warnings, however this is a very fast-moving situation.
We are fortunate enough that we can act and adapt quickly. So far it has not affected our employees or
business commitments. However, due to circumstances that are out of control, such as limited childcare
availability to our staff, or to our supplier’s staff, interruptions on receivables, we might experience
some delays in the near future. We do not foresee those yet, however, we do not know what is coming.
As of now, we are halting our visits to our customers, and their project sites. We are committed to be
there for you: our field support team will continue to support our clients and partners from home, and
available for messaging, emails, and phone calls.
I want to emphasise that we are on schedule and will continue to update you if there are any changes.
We are doing everything to meet deliverables on time.
